Ca. mid-18th century, France attributed., A long horizontal textile strip with a floral damask pattern laid flat against a dark background, showing a repeating design of stylized flowers, leaves, and scroll-like foliage woven into the fabric; the textile has a slightly worn edge on one side and a subtle central fold line, with visible weave textures and areas of light variation across the surface; the dominant color is yellow with lighter and deeper yellow tones creating the pattern, and the background behind the strip appears black.
