Paulet fig. 195. 1760, Sweden; fabrics, height 38 cm, width 19 cm., A rectangular piece of fabric with frayed edges lies against a dark background; the fabric is a pale off-white or cream color with a subtle woven pattern forming repeating rounded shapes and floral-like motifs in slightly darker and lighter shades of cream; the surface shows a few horizontal slubs and irregularities where threads are worn or pulled, and there are several areas with faint discoloration and small loose fibers along the borders.
