Symmetrical composition with axis at center of the piece. Large, ornate bouquets of flowers with heavy decorative heads on slender branches; flower leaves and parts of the background decorated with lace ornament poin de neige. Colors: salmon satin ground; brocade threads in green, white, and blue tied in rows. Height 95 cm, width 20 cm., A horizontal strip of patterned fabric with frayed edges sits against a dark background; the fabric shows an intricate floral and ornamental weave with a faded beige ground and accents of green and blue, with visible worn threads and small loose fibers along the top edge, a central seam or fold line running vertically, and areas where the weave appears slightly lighter or darker creating subtle texture variations.
