Women's slippers made of white silk with symmetrical thin leather soles and straight-cut toes. Lined at the front with white canvas and at the back with thin white leather. Inside is an octagonal company label reading Wincenty Witoszynski / in Warsaw / at Senatorska Street next to the Main Town Hall No. 463. Upper part machine-sewn. Shoemaker: Witoszynski, Wincenty; ca. 1840–1850, Warsaw. Function: women's footwear shallow, flat slippers. Materials: silk, leather, canvas. Dimensions: height 5.3 cm; width 5.3 cm; length 23.2 cm., A pair of small slip-on shoes placed side by side on a light gray background, made of a shiny pale fabric with a slightly crumpled texture, showing off-white inner linings and some areas of cream and beige tones, with the fabric edges appearing slightly frayed and a small darker stain visible on one inner lining, the soles appearing to be a light brown color.
