Two-piece silk dress in the colour of dried rose with motifs of colourful flower bouquets and winding ribbons of white lace. Overskirt manteau open at the front, with a triple pleat extending almost the entire width of the back, flowing into a train. Bodice on linen lace with boning, laced at the front. Deep square neckline. Narrow, elbow-length set-in sleeves trimmed with ruffles of the same fabric. Neckline and bodice edges trimmed with a pleated ruffle decorated with multicoloured cord trimmings twisted into tiny flowers. No lining. Skirt gathered with symmetrical pleats, spread out to the sides. Fabric report: height 24.5 cm, width 48.5 cm; width of fabric piece: 54 cm. Date: 1760–1765. Clothing length 158 cm., A garment displayed on a mannequin torso with a rounded neckline, made from a shiny pinkish-beige fabric patterned with floral bouquets and decorative white woven motifs; the fabric shows gathered pleats at the neckline creating soft vertical folds, and a scalloped decorative trim along the lower edge. Visible colors include pink, beige, white, green, and touches of purple and red in the floral details, set against a neutral gray background and a gray mannequin neck.
