Two-piece robe à la française dress, silk in the colour of dried rose with motifs of colourful flower bouquets and winding white lace ribbons. Overskirt manteau open at the front, with a triple pleat extending almost the entire back and forming a train. Bodice on linen lace with boning, laced at the front; deep square neckline. Narrow elbow-length set-in sleeves trimmed with ruffles of the same fabric. Neckline and bodice edges trimmed with a pleated ruffle decorated with multicolored cord trimmings twisted into tiny flowers. No lining. Skirt gathered with symmetrical pleats, spread to the sides. Patterned fabric; fabric report: height 24.5 cm, width 48.5 cm; width of fabric piece 54 cm. Dated 1760–1765. Origin/attribution: Silesia; possibly France. Length 158 cm.
