Kilim, In the center of the main field is a shield composed of ogee and rooster comb motifs — the Wolda coat of arms, a variant of the Traby coat of arms. Above the shield is a large five-pronged crown. Motifs of two pairs of branches with large-cup flowers branch from the shield. Around the shield — filling the entire background — are symmetrically arranged motifs of ogee and acanthus leaves. The kilim is surrounded by a border decorated with fan-shaped palmettes, acanthus leaves, and wavy line segments. Colors: peacock-green background; ornamentation in sand, pink, yellow, and navy blue. 2nd half of the 18th century, Poland. Woven fabric kilim, height 150 cm, width 185 cm., A close-up of a woven textile showing an ornate pattern with flowing, curling shapes and curved bands. The background is a muted teal green, with large areas of dusty rose and accents in navy blue, cream, mustard yellow, deep red, and pink. The design features scalloped and wave-like motifs outlined by contrasting stitches, with layered bands of color creating a raised, textured appearance. The weaving shows visible horizontal threads and small irregularities in the stitch work, giving a tactile sense to the surface. Colors appear blended in places where threads overlap, and the overall composition is symmetrical in its swirling, decorative forms.
