The wide border is decorated with arranged floral branches and two rows of single leaves surrounding them. Colors: background — brown; ornament — yellow, straw, and green. 1920s. Poland, Tomczyce. Woven fabric kilim, height 207 cm, width 150 cm., A rectangular woven textile with a dark brown background featuring a repeating floral pattern in shades of pale pink, cream, light yellow, and green; a central rectangular field contains scattered stylized flowers and leaves, surrounded by a narrow framed border and a wider outer border of continuous floral garlands and small leaf motifs; the flowers appear in rounded and bell shapes with accompanying leafy stems; the colors visible include dark brown, pale pink, cream, light yellow, various greens, and small areas of tan; the edges show frayed fringe on one side and small fabric tabs or clips at the top.
