Tapestry covering, creator unknown, provenance, floral ornaments with flowers and leaves, boys, pastoral scenes; fabric tapestry used for interior furnishings and furniture upholstery, with hanging draperies at the top and flowers around. Colors: beige, cream, ochre, green, blue, pink, and red. Post–mid-18th century. Possibly Aubusson or Beauvais origin. Materials: fabrics. Height 70 cm, width 58 cm., An aged textile panel with frayed edges framed by a white cloth border, showing a worn central scene in muted beige, tan, and gold tones with touches of red, green, and pink; the panel has areas of loose threads and textured stitching, a red fabric band along the outer edge of the scene, and a small metal ring at the top, all set against a pale gray background.
