France, Lyon probably produced in a Lyon manufactory, 1820–1840; possibly 1880–1900 or 18th century. Height 20.5 cm, width 96 cm., A length of fabric with a light beige background patterned with a repeating floral motif, showing clusters of small flowers in shades of pink and purple with green leaves, accompanied by wavy ribbonlike elements in blue and cream; the fabric has some frayed edges and small areas of wear, and the overall visible colors include beige, pink, purple, green, blue, cream, and a hint of brown.
