Front: blue with red grosgrain with a three-field coat of arms under a crown; top right: White Eagle, left: Pogon, below them: Angel with sword and shield coat of arms of Kiev Voivodeship. Under the coat of arms embroidered inscription 1906/ PTG Sokól w Kyjowie. Reverse: white beige background with silhouette of a falcon with spread wings against a flowing silver ribbon; top of the ribbon embroidered in red thread W ZDROWEM, bottom IELE SILNY DUCH. Banner trimmed on three sides with gold bullion fringe. One vertical side has magenta ribbons threaded through metal rings for tying the flagpole 12 pcs.. 1906, Kyiv; fabrics; height 157.5 cm, width 157.5 cm., A large rectangular fabric panel in a rich magenta color with a decorative golden fringe along the top and left edges and small magenta loops along the right edge; near the center is an embroidered shield-shaped crest outlined in gold with a small gold crown above it, containing a left section with a stylized bird rendered in muted gray and gold tones, a right section showing a mounted figure in gray and gold, and a lower section depicting an angelic figure in gray with gold accents, all set against the magenta background and connected by gold decorative scrollwork and a central gold motif.
