Fabric fragment, fragments of silk fabrics, patterned fabrics, floral patterns. Silk with a pattern of a symmetrical composition of bouquets and sprigs of multicolored stylized flowers. Gros de Tours background, liseré; pattern brocaded with colorful threads: green, white, blue, light and dark red, pink; silver threads thread with braid tied in rows. Report dimensions larger than the preserved fragment. Edge width: 0.3 cm. 2nd half of the 18th century, France. Height 34 cm, width 38 cm., A torn piece of woven fabric with a muted purple background featuring a repeating floral pattern in shades of red, pink, blue, yellow, green, white, and pale beige; the flowers appear in vertical garlands connected by green leafy vines and pale decorative motifs, with some areas showing frayed threads and worn patches where the weave is disturbed; the fragment rests against a dark black background and has irregular edges with loose fibers visible along the borders.
