Silk fabric fragment, height 54 cm, width 39.5 cm; edge width 0.7 cm; particle width 54., A rectangular piece of woven fabric with a repeating decorative pattern in muted beige and cream background tones, accented by several areas of dusty rose and deep red ribbed shapes, and floral sprays in shades of pink, pale green, and yellow-green; the fabric shows pale lace-like diagonal bands in cream with petal and leaf motifs, scattered clusters of roses and leaves in pink and green, and areas of textured red horizontal ribbing; the edges of the fabric are visible against a dark background and show slight fraying and unevenness, with a narrow gold-yellow trim along one long side.
