On all walls and the lid are geometric fields adapted to the outline, enclosed by a frame, filled with patterned ash and edged with black and light veining. On the lid is an oval reserve with a platter motif with tan arms. Inside, a central recess enclosed by an arcade, two drawers on each side in two rows. Bone lock key; steel, mortise-and-applied, single-bolt, latch lock. Brass hinges, greyish. 18th/19th century, Poland. Furniture, writing furniture.
