Side table, TABLE with a top in the form of a round saucer mounted on a turned stem forked into a tripod. The top has cut-out recesses for a jug and eight glasses. The central stem is in the form of a baluster with carved acanthus leaves. Legs made of channel-shaped slats, topped with volutes at the bottom, with turned knobs applied on the sides. 1820–1840, England. Furniture; table. Height 100.5 cm; width 39 cm; depth 39 cm., A tall, slender wooden stand with a dark brown finish, featuring a shallow round top with a scalloped edge, a long turned central column with subtle carved detailing, and a tripod base of three curved legs each ending in rounded scroll-like feet; the background is a smooth light gray and the floor area is a slightly lighter gray.
