The top is divided into three rectangular fields, enclosed by a ribbon and two veins, filled with vases outermost and a chessboard. 18th/19th century, Central Europe; possibly Gdansk. Furniture; game furniture. Height 77 cm, width 42.5 cm, depth 86 cm., A wooden table with a rectangular top featuring an inlaid checkered pattern in lighter and darker wood tones and decorative circular inlays toward each end, supported by four tapered legs with simple square feet; the table surface and legs show grain and wear, and the visible colors are brown and lighter tan against a pale gray background.
