Sofa, Biedermeier style, upholstered sofa seat, backrest with armrests that, together with the supports, form volutes of considerable diameter, supported by four angular straight legs. Rectangular, flat frame; rectangular seat with applied spring upholstery on the frame. Flat backrest topped with a board with a slightly arched top. Side stiles and armrests have a square cross-section. Between them and the lower part of the volutes are arched boards forming spherical triangles. Reupholstered with a green striped fabric. Dated 1820–1830, possibly Warsaw. Piece of furniture seating piece. Dimensions: height 104.5 cm, width 186 cm, depth 62.9 cm., A wooden bench with a rectangular back panel upholstered in vertically pleated fabric, showing a group of beige and cream tones with narrow darker beige stripes; the frame is medium to dark brown wood with visible grain and some scuffs and lighter worn areas, including curved arm supports on the sides and squared legs; the background is a smooth gray gradient.
