Jug with a spherical belly decorated with repoussé bouquets of flowers and fruit in acanthus reserves; on the side a spout in the shape of a female half-figure holding a conch; on the axis a plastic handle formed of channel sections connected by a winged herm of a woman. The cover is topped with a plastic lion standing on its hind legs. 1630–1635, Augsburg, Germany. Vessel; height 28 cm, width 14 cm, depth 30 cm., A single ornate vessel with a lid and pedestal is shown, rendered in a metallic gold color with areas of lighter and darker gold tones; the body is rounded and richly decorated with embossed floral and scroll motifs, and the surface has a reflective sheen. The lid is topped by a small sculpted figure of a lion in the same gold color, and the spout area features a sculpted figure of a partially visible human form holding a shell-like element, both matching the metallic gold. The handle is elaborately shaped with curved, scroll-like elements and decorative details in gold. The pedestal base echoes the ornamental motifs of the body with layered, rounded sections and a reflective finish. The background is a uniform light gray, and a soft reflection of the object appears on the surface beneath it.
