Plaque with a depiction of Christ - Ecce Homo, painted enamel, Ecce homo iconographic. Rectangular, slightly convex plaque with a bust of Christ wearing a crown of thorns, holding a baton, marks of scourging on his chest, and a purple robe on his shoulders. The whole set in a double painted gold frame. At the bottom, on a strip of white enamel, the inscription ECCE HOMO. A hole and enamel chips in the upper edge, at the bottom in the left corner and in the middle, as well as traces of old additions. Contre-email brownish-reddish, early 17th century, Limoges, France. Plaque, height 8.8 cm, width 7 cm., A rectangular, worn flat object with rounded corners and a small hole near the top edge sits against a gray background; its surface shows a mottled dark reddish-brown color with areas of darker and lighter maroon and patches of greenish corrosion, and there are a few small rectangular pieces of lighter material adhered to the surface, one being off-white and another pale blue, while several marks in bright orange-red appear on the surface; edges show scuffs and exposed metallic tones, including coppery and greenish hues, and the bottom edge has a small dent and a greenish stain.
