Timepiece; height 7.7 cm, width 7.6 cm., An octagonal metallic object with a hinged circular ring rising from one side and a thin bar across the ring, all in a gold tone, sits on a flat gray background; the central circular area features a radial starburst pattern in darker gray and black tones surrounded by a weathered bluish-gray disk, and the gold-toned rim around the disk is decorated with ornate floral and scrollwork engravings; a small ornate component in gold tone projects from one edge, and a few tiny rounded feet in gold tone lift the piece slightly off the surface.
