The blade widens downward, with a rib, diagonal notches and two stars. 17th/18th century, possibly Austria; height 19.8 cm, width 6.2 cm, depth 1.3 cm., A single ornate metal key is centered against a pale gray background, with a decorative clover-shaped bow featuring curved, stylized cutouts and a smooth cylindrical shaft leading to a rectangular bit that has intricate angular cut patterns; the key appears metallic with tones of silver and pewter, showing slight variations in darker and lighter gray, and it casts a faint reflection on the glossy surface below.
