Lock key, locksmithing. One-sided register with a key pin; octagonal plates; bottom side extensions with screw holes; triangular profiled reinforcements on the walls. A rectangular reinforcing strip on the top plate. Key with a tubular, smooth shaft; bow with seven vertical ribs, with two recesses on one side and one on the other. Extended, ending with an arched extension. 18th century, Central Europe; metalwork; height 12 cm, width 5.8 cm, depth 1.6 cm., A single metal key with a rounded, oval handle and a long shaft is centered against a plain light gray background; the key shows a worn, textured surface with a metallic silver-gray color and darker patina in areas, and the bit features a vertical series of interlocking notches creating a patterned edge with visible shadows and highlights in silver and darker gray tones.
