Cake server by Johann Christoph Conradi fl. ca. 1717–1742. Triangular with rounded corners, decorated with openwork in the form of plant tendrils and flower calyxes. The handle is curved, ending in a polygonal socket containing a wooden reconstructed handle. Typically this type of server is described in the literature as intended for fish, though the later typeification of shapes for fish, cakes, tarts, pâtés is noted. Dated 1717–1742, Berlin, Germany.
