Inkwell, creator, attributed to Tadeusz Bylewski 1866–1939; early 19th century, France, inkwell; height 13.5 cm, width 9.4 cm, depth 8.4 cm, A metallic object with a rounded egg-shaped top set on a stepped square base, all in a worn golden tone with darker scuff marks and patina; the egg portion has a visible seam near its upper third and sits on a circular plinth that transitions to the square pedestal, which shows textured edging along its lower tier; the background is a smooth light gray.
