Twisted wire handle finished with a cow figure wearing a bell. Unmarked, late 19th century, Netherlands, cutlery, varia; length 11 cm, width 2.6 cm, weight 15 g., A silver-toned ornate spoon lies horizontally against a plain gray background, with a slightly oval bowl showing raised decorative shapes and textured indentations, a twisted decorative stem with a leafy flourish near the bowl, and an elaborate handle end featuring a small sculpted animal perched on a rectangular platform; visible colors include silver and gray with hints of darker tarnished areas.
