Tea spoon with an ovoid, smooth scoop with a knotted HP monogram engraved on the reverse; straight, flaring, openwork handle with Neo-Rococo ornament of rocailles, acanthus and small flowers, enamelled on the inside with colored enamel in shades of white, green, blue; brown enamel along the handle, fading to white. The Trianon pierced handle pattern was introduced by the company in 1885; the HP Helena Paderewska monogram indicates the spoon was purchased or given no earlier than 1899 the Paderewskis' wedding date.
