Four-sided platter, maker: Thomas Bradbury & Sons Sheffield; goldsmiths; fl. ca. 1769–1943. Four-sided platter with slightly concave, raised sides; upturned, irregularly cut rim, decorated with a band of godron ornament. Engraved on the side depicting a rooster standing on a crown. Dated 1903/1904, London, England, Great Britain. Dish; height 3.9 cm, width 25 cm, depth 20.8 cm, weight 684 g., A shallow rectangular metal tray with rounded corners and a twisted rope-style raised rim is shown against a plain light background. The tray has a reflective, slightly tarnished surface with visible scuffs and small dark spots. The interior slopes up to curved sides, and the rim features decorative ridged detailing that runs continuously around the edge. Visible colors include silver tones on the tray, with subtle gray and darker gray areas from tarnish and shadows, all set against a pale off-white background.
