Tray on legs, goldsmith/silversmith/ dealer: Mappin & Webb Ltd maker, scrap - purchase, coats of arms, rank crown heraldry, ribbed; circular tray supported on three hoof-shaped legs, with a slightly raised, multi-partite, profiled and ribbed collar with serrated edges. Two coats of arms engraved in the mirror beneath a noble crown. Inscription in italics on the bottom center: 29.9.1906 /von HvG. Dated 1906/1907. Sheffield, England. Table accessory. Height 2.4 cm; diameter 21.2 cm; weight 350 g., A decorative round metal tray with a scalloped, raised edge and an ornate rim, shown from above; the tray has a smooth central surface with a faint engraved emblem and a small raised foot visible at the bottom edge. The visible colors are silver, light gray, and subtle darker gray reflections.
