Egg-shaped tea vessel on an oval foot, decorated with two bands of diagonal clasp, high upper edge, hinged lid topped with a handle decorated with a wooden rosette; prominent spout, non-original wooden handle set in silver sockets. Made in modern times, 1896–1897, Sheffield, England. Dish. Height 13.5 cm, width 22.8 cm, depth 13.8 cm, weight 666 g., A polished metal teapot with a rounded, ribbed body and a fluted decorative band around its middle sits against a neutral pale gray background; it has a curved, elongated spout on one side and a large black handle with a hooked top on the opposite side, a small domed lid with a dark knob on top, and visible reflections and subtle surface scratches on the shiny silver metal, with colors including silver, black, and shades of gray.
