Depicts the crypts and archaeological excavations, including association with Barbara Radziwillówna Queen of Poland; 1520–1551. Height 11.5 cm, width 17.0 cm., The image shows a close-up scene in muted grayscale tones of a textured ground surface with a group of decomposed organic materials and wooden beams lying across it; several frayed rope-like strands and fibrous bundles rest atop and around the beams, creating irregular clumps and rough granular debris. A cylindrical object with an open end and patterned edge lies partially embedded in the debris near the right side, while a flat rectangular board is visible in the background supported by short legs, casting a shadow. The overall palette is shades of black, white, and gray with varied contrasts between the lighter granular deposits and the darker shadows and wood surfaces.
