Print: 24 cm × 21.7 cm; backing: 28 cm × 37.5 cm., A black-and-white street scene showing a wide avenue flanked by multi-story buildings with many windows and architectural details, a large church or ornate building on the left with a tower, and a mix of storefronts and taller structures on the right; the avenue is filled with a large procession of people walking in organized groups down the center and dense crowds lining both sidewalks, with some people leaning from windows and balconies; there are a few lampposts along the right sidewalk, several leafless trees further down the street, and a group of figures near the foreground including some in uniforms and a person with a bicycle; visible colors are shades of black, white, and gray.
