Postcard to Maria Mickiewiczówna by Tadeusz Makowski 1882–1932; postcard, manuscript letter; addressed to Maria Mickiewicz 1868–1952; subject: French architecture, Breuilpont France; dated 13/09/1926; dimensions: height 9.1 cm, width 13.9 cm., The image shows the back of a postcard with a light beige background and worn edges; the left side is filled with dense handwriting in dark brown ink, written at a slant and covering much of the area, while the right side has spaced lines of cursive handwriting in similar dark ink with a vertical dividing line between the two halves. In the upper right corner there is a red postage stamp featuring a standing figure and a dark circular postal cancellation mark overlapping it; a small round ink stamp appears near the lower center-right. The paper shows slight discoloration and faint spotting, and there is a thin darker border around the postcard.
