A gray wig, pinned atop her head with a string of diamonds, features a white rose. She wears a white dress with a neckline trimmed with white lace; the bodice and sleeves are trimmed with white and blue ribbons. A red cloak lined with ermine is draped over her right shoulder. A diamond bindi is around her neck. Circa 1760, Poland. Portrait. Height 78.5 cm, width 63.8 cm., A framed oil portrait shows a seated woman with pale skin and powdered hair adorned with small flowers, wearing a high lace collar and a choker. She wears a gown with cream lace and silk, featuring a striped bow in shades of blue and cream at the bodice and matching bows at the sleeves. A draped cloak or fabric in muted rose and cream folds around her lap and shoulders. The background is a dark, muted brown-green, and the frame is ornate with gold tones and decorative patterning.
