Fragment of a censer, upper part with a spout. The inner and outer surfaces are covered with a creamy whitewash. The spout features two motifs, each repeated three times: 1 a series of 7β9 lines painted on a red background perpendicular to the spout edge; 2 a pair of lines arching against the outer edge of the spout with 5β6 dots between them. Flat top rim with a slightly sloping surface. Pottery body made of Nile clay N.B1, medium porous. Coptic pottery, painted Coptic vessel, 6thβ7th century, height 6.7 cm, width 19.2 cm, diameter 19 cm external rim., A broken crescent-shaped ceramic fragment with a pale beige surface and darker brown painted decorative bands, showing a few dotted and striped patterns around the curve; the object has rough broken edges and visible cracks, with areas of flaking and worn paint, set against a uniform gray background.
