The block bears an inscription divided into three parts and two reliefs — a laurel wreath with a ribbon and a metope with a depiction of a young man on horseback accompanied by a slave . Both faces are damaged — perhaps hammered. The rider is dressed in a chiton and chlamys. The slave is exaggeratedly reduced in size in relation to the rider. He is dressed in a short girded chiton and holds a spear in his hand. 1st century BC–1st century AD, Cyzicus, Asia Minor, Greek inscription, grave inscription, stele, gravestone, bas-relief. Height 76 cm, width 203 cm, depth 11 cm, weight 450 kg., A stone slab with a rough, light gray surface carved with a grid of inscribed lines occupying the left and center areas and a carved wreath motif on the right; the slab shows subtle surface cracks and texture variations, with the carved lines and wreath appearing as shallow, even incisions that create shadows in slightly darker gray, and the overall colors visible are shades of light gray and pale off-white with small areas of faint darker gray around the carved and cracked regions.
