Globular vessel, unknown Northern Mesopotamian workshop; globular vessel; clay; Early Jazira III period ca. 2600–ca. 2350 BC / Early Dynastic III period ca. 2600–ca. 2350 BC; vice-less vessels; used in children's graves; Al-Jazira Syria/Iraq, Mesopotamia; Northern Mesopotamia Khabur basin; Tell Rad Shakra northeastern Syria; Globular vessel with a distinct, slightly flared conical neck ending in an outwardly extended and everted rounded rim; height 19 cm, width 18.2 cm., A round ceramic vessel with a wide neck and flared rim suspended against a solid background; the vessel surface is matte and shows uneven texture with visible cracks and repairs, exhibiting shades of off-white, cream, beige, and faint pale gray, while the background is a uniform dark gray.
