Spherical vessel with an egg-shaped belly and a rounded bottom; in the upper part the belly merges into a low cylindrical neck terminating in a narrow, strongly protruding, rounded rim turned outwards. Clay vessel; vice-free bulbous vessel. c. 2600–ca. 2350 BC. Origin: Northern Mesopotamia Khabur basin, Tell Rad Shakra, northeastern Syria. Height 16.5 cm; width 16.2 cm., A round, broken clay vessel viewed from above with a large open mouth and visible cracks and missing fragments, showing a textured surface in shades of beige, tan, and light brown against a muted gray-blue background.
