Spherical vessel, unknown northern Mesopotamian workshop; clay; Early Jazira III period / Early Dynastic III period ca. 2600–ca. 2350 BC. Spherical vessel with an egg-shaped belly, rounded bottom, low cylindrical neck ending in a thickened rim turned outwards. Origin: Northern Mesopotamia Khabur basin, Tell Rad Shakra, Syria. Vessel; height 7.8 cm, width 6.5 cm., A rounded clay vessel with an uneven rim and a small poured spout, showing a weathered surface with patches of brown discoloration and fine surface cracks, set against a solid gray background; visible colors include off-white, beige, brown, and gray.
