Fibula a Drago, One-piece bronze fibula with an arched ring of circular cross-section bearing four pairs of protrusions terminating in spherical bulges. The transition from the ring to the pin is a flat rhombus. Long cylindrical sheath with a slit for the pin. Preservation: ends of the pin and sheath broken off. Date: 950–750 BC 4th quarter 8th–7th century BC. Finding place: Cumae . Type: fibula. Height 3.2 cm; width 6.5 cm., A small metallic object with a rough, irregular surface suspended against a plain light gray background; the object has a central horizontal bar with a few rounded protrusions and bulbous knobs along its top and bottom, and a thin flat extension on one side with a slightly flared end; visible colors include shades of brown, green, and dark gray with areas of darker patina.
