The mouth is slightly open with fleshy lips, the chin protrudes forward, and full cheeks. 2nd century BC, Etruria; votive. Height 20 cm, width 12 cm, depth 8.5 cm, weight 0.94 kg., A worn sculpted head with textured hair and a neutral facial expression, rendered in earthy tones of brown and reddish-brown with patches of darker and lighter brown and some grayish areas; the hair is styled in layered, ribbed strands framing the face, the eyes are almond-shaped and recessed, the nose is rounded, and the lips are full and slightly parted; the surface shows roughness and pitting and fragments missing along the lower edge, set against a pale, light gray background.
