Vessel, Vessel with a conical shape and a pointed bottom. Straight, tapering rim. Made on the wheel of Nile clay type NB2 Vienna System classification. Bottom and outer surface worked with a hard tool. Surface even. Light brown. Fairly well preserved, with minor damage on the rim. c. 1550–c. 1069 BC, New Kingdom, Deir el-Medina. Vessel; height 20.8 cm; diameter 7 cm lip, 9 cm body., A tall, narrow ceramic vessel with a rounded base and an open rim, shown against a plain gray background; the vessel has a textured, slightly rough surface with horizontal ridges and small pits, and its color ranges in shades of brown and tan with subtle darker and lighter variations.
