Bottom is cut off with string, with clear potter's fingerprints around the bottom. Surface even. Clay color red. Vessel complete, fairly well preserved, with minor damage to the rim and small chips on the surface. Ca. 1550–1069 BC New Kingdom, Edfu. Vessel. Height 24.4 cm; rim diameter 9.8 cm; body diameter 16.3 cm; bottom diameter 8.5 cm., A large rounded clay vessel with an open top and a rough, uneven rim sits against a plain light gray background; the vessel shows a textured surface with wheel-made horizontal ridges and patches of worn, pitted areas, with a color palette of light brown, tan, reddish-brown, and small traces of pale gray and white.
