Bowl, Deep, cup-shaped bowl with a slightly convex bottom and sides arching upwards. Straight rim, flat on top, flaring. Made of Nile clay NB1 ? and covered with an engobe with added red ochre, thoroughly polished. Color: red. Well-preserved, with slight damage to the clay on the rim. Comparative parallels cited IV–VI dyn.; late VI dynasty; IV dynasty; Old Kingdom, ca. 2686–2181 BC. Place of origin: Edfu. Dimensions: height 13.8 cm; rim diameter 28.8 cm; bottom diameter 11.9 cm., A terracotta-colored, flared ceramic vessel with a wide rim and a narrower base, showing surface scratches and worn patches, photographed against a uniform gray background.
