Greek dedicatory inscription, unknown author, tombstone inscription: To the Savior Gods Dioskuros Artemidoros son of Anubatos and his wife-sister Heraklia called also Tsinyris and son Hermanubis called also Dioscorides — gave the grace of piety for happiness hedera. 1st half of the 1st century BC, Egypt. Greek inscription. Height 40 cm, width 30 cm, depth 2 cm., A roughly rectangular carved stone slab with an uneven top edge and a chipped bottom corner, showing a pale off-white and beige surface with areas of light brown discoloration and darker tan patches; the slab has a vertical crack and a visible repair seam with a slightly different beige tone, and a few darker hairline fractures radiating across the surface; the stone bears a group of shallow incised marks forming rows across most of the face, with some marks more worn and faint than others; there is a small carved decorative motif near the lower right area with subtle shadowing; the background behind the slab is a uniform medium gray.
