Stamp seal with a depiction of a bull's head, unknown Cypriot workshop. Stamp seal with a full, arched handle with a horizontally drilled hole. On its rectangular base is carved a schematic bull's head with small ears and long, curved horns, between which is a jug with a triangular belly and a long, narrow neck with a handle. On either side of the bull's muzzle are carved short arrows with triangular heads pointing downwards—possibly a simplified representation of snakes. The whole is framed with beadwork. 14th–13th century BC; Late Bronze Period. Cyprus. Seal; height 3.2 cm, width 5.4 cm, depth 3.5 cm., A rectangular terracotta-colored clay plaque with a recessed central panel containing a raised relief of an abstract animal head with curved antler-like shapes, a tapered snout, and a few raised rounded bumps around the inner border, all rendered in the same reddish-brown color with visible tool marks and slight surface texture variations.
