Ionic pilaster capital, unknown Roman workshop, 2nd century, Roman Empire 27 BC–476, architectural element; materials/dimensions: height 27 cm also listed 26 cm, width 46.5 cm, depth 18 cm, weight 19.5 kg., A weathered stone slab with a broad, rectangular top and ornate curved sides sits against a neutral gray background, the stone surface showing a mottled pattern of off-white, gray, and beige with darker smudges and faint scratches; the top edge appears darker and rougher with textured ridges, and the curved side elements flare outward with smoother, slightly shadowed undersides, while the front face displays subtle discoloration, worn patches, and irregular edges along the bottom.
