Bowl, unknown northern Mesopotamian workshop, Early Jazira III period ca. 2600–ca. 2350 BC. Clay table vessel — bowl with a flat oval bottom from which straight, slightly tilted walls rise in a short arc, terminating in a straight, not distinct rim. From Tell Jassa el Gharbi North-Eastern Syria, Northern Mesopotamia Khabur basin. Vessel; height 7 cm, width 12.2 cm. Materials and typology: clay, Early Dynastic III period; vice-less vessel; Al-Jazira region., A shallow, rounded bowl with a matte, slightly rough surface displayed against a uniform dark gray background, the bowl showing a light beige to pale tan color with subtle variations and a few darker beige streaks and smudges; the rim is thin and uneven, and the exterior surface bears visible horizontal tool marks and faint cracks where sections meet, while the interior appears a similar pale beige with slight discoloration and texture differences.
