High forehead, large eyes, deep-set in relation to the nose, slightly convex with developed eyelids and eyeballs, pupils marked. Small straight nose; narrow, slightly parted mouth with fleshy lips. Strong chin, slightly protruding; slim cheeks giving the face a triangular outline. Etruria, 3rd–2nd century BC; votive. Height 26 cm, width 21 cm, depth 13 cm, weight 2 kg., A single sculpted head made of a warm tan clay sits against a pale gray background, showing a stylized face with softly carved features and curly hair that frames the forehead and sides; the surface displays slight rough texture and subtle variations in the tan color with areas of lighter and darker tan and faint traces of muted gray, and the base flares outward resting on the flat gray surface.
