The head of a young man is clearly turned to the left in a pathetic manner. The head is reflected at the base of the neck. The face is oval, the skeletal structure is not emphasized. The mouth is prominent, with slightly parted lips. The nose is straight, reflected at the tip. The eyes are almond-shaped, deep-set, and the eyebrows are expressive, protruding strongly above the eyeball. The forehead is flat, low, and covered with lush locks of hair. The hairstyle consists of loosely arranged, slightly curled locks. Above the forehead, shifted off-axis to the right, a lock of hair is visible, radiating outwards, slightly raised and clearly different from the other locks. Height 19.8 cm; width 16.1 cm; depth 14.2 cm; weight 8.5 kg., A carved stone head with wavy hair rests on a polished rectangular block; the head is off-white with subtle beige and tan discoloration and has smooth facial features with closed eyes and slightly parted lips, while the hair shows carved curls and shadows. The rectangular base is dark green with mottled black and lighter green areas and a few white flecks. The background is a flat medium gray.
