The surface shows worn paint and areas of chipped wood. The face has almond-shaped eyes, a defined nose, and a small mouth, all rendered in muted tones. The wig or headdress falls to shoulder level with linear carved sections and painted decorative bands. The chest and shoulders are covered by a broad, collar-like decoration made of repeated geometric and feather-like motifs arranged in concentric horizontal bands. Visible paint colors include shades of brown, beige, tan, faded red, muted blue-green, black, and off-white, with wood grain visible through worn areas. There are small drilled or pitted holes and surface cracks in several places, and the overall appearance is aged and weathered.
